Inspection found dish machine dispensing inadequate sanitizer concentration and rodent droppings in kitchen areas. Follow-up required by December 10th to verify corrections.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed rodent droppings and debris on the floor sides and corners (behind cooks line equipment and around the dish area). Per the manager, the facility has regular monthly licensed pest control service. Thoroughly remove the rodent droppings and debris from the floor sides and corners of the kitchen. Clean and sanitize the floors after removal. Continue to work with the licensed pest control operator to eliminate rodents in the facility.
