During a routine inspection at Mahalo! cafe, rat droppings were discovered underneath both 2-door upright coolers in the back area and scullery, though no droppings were observed in kitchen or prep areas. Food handler cards for all employees could not be verified at the time of inspection. The kitchen floor underneath the cookline also requires thorough cleaning.
