Inspector's Report

Reinspection conducted following closure on 11/05/2025 revealed facility failed to achieve compliance. Rodent droppings were found on speed racks and food preparation shelves despite pest control report showing no visible signs. Additional violations included unclean hand contact surfaces, greasy hood and cook's line, and ceiling requiring degreasing and repainting.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed rodent droppings in the following locations: on the speed rack, on the shelves in the food preparation area. NOTE: No food was found contaminated. Operator provided the most recent pest control report dated 10/15/2025. Report stated that no visible signs of pest were found.
