Some slight evidence of rodent activity observed bending shelves in sushi bar area, in corners of kitchen and under cook line. Please continue to work with licensed pest control to eliminate vermin from facility, Clean and sanitize affected areas, rodent proof using approved materials such as galvanized steel wire mesh. - NOTES Adequate sanitizer in ware wash machine, water reaches 120F but it takes approximately 3 minutes, all refrigeration below 41F, main central refrigerator currently turned off.
