Routine inspection found rodent droppings on the hallway floor near roll up doors, though pest control serviced the facility the same day. A non-functional reach-in cooler requires repair and a wall hole in dry storage needs sealing to prevent vermin access. Positive notes include proper food temperatures, handwashing practices, and adequate supplies.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed a rodent dropping on the hallway floor by the roll up doors. No other activity was observed. Per PIC, pest control was here to service the facility today. Clean and sanitize all affected areas with bleach.
