Inspector's Report

Routine inspection found rodent droppings on the hallway floor near roll up doors, though pest control serviced the facility the same day. A non-functional reach-in cooler requires repair and a wall hole in dry storage needs sealing to prevent vermin access. Positive notes include proper food temperatures, handwashing practices, and adequate supplies.
