Inspector found black/orange mold contaminating ice machine requiring immediate ice disposal and cleaning. Additional violations included blocked handwashing sink, inadequate hot water temperature at 115°F, and missing food thermometers.

IMMEDIATELY DISCARD ice inside ice machine. CLEAN AND SANITIZE the interior of ice machine. DISCONTINUE USING PLASTIC container to collect ice from ice machine and always use ice scoop with proper ice scoop holder. 1) Observed black/orange thick mold like substance inside interior of ice machine throughout deflecting panel with water dripping through substance adulatrating ice. 2) Observed plastic container inside ice machine touching ice and employee using plastic container to collect ice from ice machine. COS- Operator voluntarily condenmend ice and cleaning was started at the time of inspection.

ADJUST OR REPAIR WATER HEATER within 24 hours to provide hot water of at least 120F throughout facility. Observed water temperature at three compartment sink measured at 115F.

DO NOT leave garbage bin directly in front of hand wash sink. ENSURE HAND wash sink remains unobstructed and available for handwashing all time. Observed Garabage bin blocking access of hand wash sink in kitchen. COS- employee removed the bin in front of hand wash sink.
