Mouse feces observed on floor in basement under shelving units and corners, and on top of a bag of flour. CONTRACT WITH A LICENSED PEST MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL TO ELIMINATE RODENTS FROM PREMISES. FOLLOW ALL RECOMMENDATIONS AS PROVIDED BY PEST MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL ON SERVICE REPORT. PROVIDE INSPECTOR WITH SERVICE REPORT VIA EMAIL: Patrick.wood@sfdph.org Continue storing all food items at least 6 inches off of floor.
