Inspector found yellow wiping cloths hanging inside the handwashing sink and umbrellas hooked to the faucet, obstructing proper handwashing access. White wiping cloths were stored on cutting boards without sanitizer, and multiple cloths were not stored in sanitizer buckets as required. All violations were corrected on site during the inspection.

What Was Observed
Observed yellow wiping cloths hanging inside the handwashing sink. A couple of umbrellas hooked to the handwashing faucet. Ensure to remove all items away from the handwashing sink to ensure unobstructed from utilizing the sink at all time. Ensure to store all wiping cloths inside the sanitizer bucket and not hang from the handwashing sink.
