Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
1. PROVIDE professionally licensed pest control for flies and PROVIDE Inspector with report. -Observed evidence of fly issue in the store with live flies observed and insect casings observed in the storage (upstairs and downstairs floor) and a few in the store. 2. IMMEDIATELY remove all rodent droppings and continue to work with professionally licensed pest control. -Observed old rodent droppings in the corner of the floor by the bathroom door in the storage area and in the upstairs storage area where some uncontainerized poison was observed.

-Observed the mop sink does not have hot water, no water comes out when the hot water is turned on. Highest temperature observed is 61F.

1. STORE food protected from contamination. -Observed food such as drinks and eggs in carton are stored directly on the ground, directly underneath the mop sink drain board, and underneath stairwells. 2. DISCONTINUE storing food such as drinks in the bathroom to prevent contamination -Observed alcoholic drinks stored in the bathroom in their cases. CLEAN shelving on regular basis. -Observed some growth on the shelving of the refrigeration units that appears to be mold-like. 3. REMOVE burner as facility is not permitted to cook food. -Observed a electric burner stored underneath the mop sink. 4. DISCONTINUE using cardboard to line shelves; a durable, cleanable mat may be used instead. -Observed cardboard on shelving in the sales floor. 114182
