What Was Observed
1. PROVIDE professionally licensed pest control for flies and PROVIDE Inspector with report. -Observed evidence of fly issue in the store with live flies observed and insect casings observed in the storage (upstairs and downstairs floor) and a few in the store. 2. IMMEDIATELY remove all rodent droppings and continue to work with professionally licensed pest control. -Observed old rodent droppings in the corner of the floor by the bathroom door in the storage area and in the upstairs storage area where some uncontainerized poison was observed.

1. STORE food protected from contamination. -Observed food such as drinks and eggs in carton are stored directly on the ground, directly underneath the mop sink drain board, and underneath stairwells. 2. DISCONTINUE storing food such as drinks in the bathroom to prevent contamination -Observed alcoholic drinks stored in the bathroom in their cases.
