NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED - at the time of inspection, Mission High School is using Revolution Foods for delivery of ready to eat food and reheats only. - Cold holding measured at 41 F or below; thermometer in unit; temperature logs accurate and current - Hand wash sink fully supplied and accessible; 100 warm water provided. - Sanitizer measured at 100 ppm Chlorine; test strips and log on site - No evidence of vermin observed. - Reheating occurring at time of inspection; logs available on site - Revolution Food logs receipt temperatures and all other areas of the packing slip are filled out daily.
