Inspector found cooked chicken dangerously hot-held at only 109-125°F, well below the required 135°F minimum. Flies were observed crawling on food prep counters throughout the facility, with staff repeatedly instructed to keep the front door closed. Rusted shelving at the back area also violated equipment standards.

What Was Observed
observed flies crawling on food prep counter at front food service area, at customer area, and at back prep area. Instructed manager a few times to maintain front door shut. but at the end of inspection, the front door still maintained propped open. Had to instruct the manager again to shut the front door.
