1. Repair the hot water knob at the 3-cp sink so that it provides adequately pressurized hot water. 2. QUAT sanitizer dispenser dispensed no detectable levels of sanitizer. 3. The 2-dr Under Counter fridge at the line is holding at room temperature, but is not storing PHFs. 4. The 1-dr True fridge located in the upstairs area is holding at 50*F, but is not storing PHFs.
