Inspection revealed lack of sanitizer in dish machine final rinse, rodent droppings in dry storage room, and organic growth in ice machine panel. All violations were corrected on site with staff sanitizing the dish machine, removing rodent droppings and sanitizing affected areas, and cleaning the ice machine panel.

IMMEDIATELY CLEAN and SANITIZE the areas affected observed to have rodent droppings in the dry storage room. COS - staff removed rodent droppings and sanitized affected areas.
