Montecristo Restaurant #2 Reopens After Health Closure

Facility permit was suspended on 11/20/2025 due to rodent infestation and unsanitary conditions. Reinspection revealed all rodent droppings removed, floors cleaned and sanitized, three holes patched, traps installed throughout facility, and sanitary conditions restored. Permit has been reinstated and staff received education on food safety protocols.
