What Was Observed
Observed a heavy grease accumulation for the ventilation hood filter at the deep fryers and a service sticker dated 1/16/25 for the ventilation hood for the griddle tops. Have a professional company service and clean the ventilation hood. Ensure the service sticker is updated by the professional cleaning company. Per the manager, he has called and arranged an appointment with a professional cleaning company for the ventilation hoods to be cleaned tomorrow night.

Why This Matters
Without sanitizer, wiping cloths become bacteria breeding grounds. One contaminated cloth can spread pathogens to every surface it touches.
What Was Observed
Observed the spray faucet of the 3 compartment sink wrapped in a mixture of plastic and tape and leaking. Inspector was unable to test the hot water temperature of the 3 compartment sink due to the leak. Per the manager, the faucet of the 3 compartment sink does not work at the moment. Per the manager, they have arranged an appointment for repairs with a plumber. Ensure the 3 compartment sink spray faucet is repaired, no longer leaks, and the faucets are in good repair.

The soft serve machine is under review. -Hand sinks provide hot water measuring 100F and above. -The prep sink and 3 compartment sink provided hot water measuring 120F and above. -The coolers measured 41F and below. -Multiple 200ppm quaternary ammonia sanitizer solutions were available for the wiping cloths. -No signs of vermin activity was observed at time of inspection. -The facility has current food safety manager's certificates available.
