Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed a few pieces of rat droppings on the floor to the left of the 2-dr upright freezer. Continue working with licensed pest control operator to safely, effectively, and legally erradicate all vermin activity within the facility. Last pest control invoices by Zamaak were dated August 27th, 2025.

What Was Observed
Observed cooked basmati rice inside of a rice warmer from previous day per food staff, and the internal temperature was below 90*F. Per food staff, the rice was cooled overnight inside the walk-in and reheated via the warmer. Facility opens at 11:00 am and inspector arrived at 1:00 pm. Rice was reheated on a stove top. Recommend only making enough basmati rice for one day and discarding at the end of the night.
