Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed rat droppings on the floor surfaces located in the outdoor storage room. Observed flies in the water heater area, outdoors. Live roach crawling on the table area of the prep-top fridge, and a roach casing located above the soap dispenser at the cooking area hand wash sink. Clean and sanitize all affected areas, perform a deep cleaning throughout the premises, and have extra pest control treatment done. Observed pest control receipts by Ensure Pest Solutions dated 10/9/25 & 8/22/25.

What Was Observed
Observed in use rice scoop within a metal container filled with water with no temperature controls. It was run through the dish machine. Send ALL in use utensils through the dish machine every 4 hours minimum. Observed 1 live adult roach crawling on the far left side of the table-top fridge. What Was Observed
Observed a pair of meat hooks hanging in the outdoor area. They were taken down. Observed old wooden cutting boards and some metal objects being stored directly on the ground in the outside area. Clean and sanitize and store above all floor surfaces if they are meant to be kept, if not, discard them immediately. - NOTES Provided a Rapid Cooling Poster in Chinese and it was posted.
