Inspector's Report

Reinspection found the following violations corrected: --The facility has a food safety manager --Pooled eggs and egg whites are no longer held at room temperature --The inoperable cold handle at the faucet at the three-compartment sink is repaired --The insects at the dry food storage are gone --The mouse droppings are gone --Cooks are wearing hats --Bulk food bins are labeled --The wooden prep table downstairs has been repaired to make it smooth and cleanable again --The ventilation hood filters are both cleaned, and do not have gaps between them --Food handler cards for employees are still missing --Measured shrimp at 52F, scallops at 55F, beef at 51F , bbq pork at 59F, and more shrimp at 51F on the top portion of the food preparation table. Measured beef --A few wet wiping towels were out on the counter and not in sanitizer.
