Routine inspection revealed expired food safety manager certification and multiple food storage violations. Food contact surfaces had improperly stored knives, produce boxes were stored on floors instead of 6 inches above, and mold-like buildup was found in walk-in cooler fan covers. Soiled wiping cloths were improperly stored on food prep surfaces.
