Inspector's Report

Reinspection revealed persistent rodent infestation with droppings found on shelving, under sinks, and in storage areas. Multiple temperature violations including cooked pork at 81°F, shrimp at 102°F, and chicken at 61°F, along with expired food manager certification. Food safety issues include improper storage, missing shellstock tags, and cross-contamination risks from raw eggs stored above produce.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed Rat droppings in following areas: on the floor on back storage area, On the stainless steel shelves above the prep sink in kitchen area, Underneath three compartment sink with bite marks of rodent on the plastic containers, On the floor on the back dry storage area. Found toxic chemicals such as raid, grease, paint and fly traps and rat traps on stainless steel shelving.

Observed following items at room temperature: 1- Cooked Pork at 81F, 2- Cooked dried rice at unknown temperature for last two days, 3- container of shrimps clams temping at 102F prepared ~1 hour ago, 4- Cooked Chicken at 61F made since 6:30 am. COS- small spider was found on cooked pork container and was voluntarily discarded. Dried rice was voluntarily discarded and container of shrimps and clams were relocated to refrigerator units. Cooked chicken was reheated to 165F.
