Observed lint accumulation on the walls in the skylight wells in the kitchen area. Safely clean the lint. - NOTES Reinspection of violations remaining on 9/19/25 found the following corrected: --Food safety manager is found --Food handler cards are found --Foods on the steam table measured 135F or above --Foods on the cooks' cold table measured 41F or below.
