Inspector found rodent droppings in dry storage and kitchen areas, along with black mold-like substance inside two ice machines. Additional violations included dirty fan guards in walk-in cooler, improper cooking setup without exhaust hood, and broken hot water supply at handwash sink. Most violations were corrected on site with cleaning initiated, though plumbing repair required by November 28th.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
ELIMINATE rodents from facility. Clean/remove all mouse droppings and sanitize contaminated areas with dilute bleach solution. Seal all cracks, gaps, and holes throughout the facility. Foam is not approved use metal plate or 1/4 wire mesh. Observed rodent droppings along the wall in dry storage area, on the rack shelves and under the oven on the floor in kitchen area. COS- Cleaning of surface was initiated at the time of inspection. continue to work with pest control. Operator showed the pest control report dated 11/10/2025.
