What Was Observed
Observed only hand sink in kitchen area obstructed with a work table storing a steam table. Immediately discontinue obstructing/blocking the hand sink. Hand sink must always be accessible for hand washing at all times. Relocate steam table to previous location.

What Was Observed
Observed some potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) cold holding in the prep top unit measuring 43-44 F. Prep top lid was kept open while no food assembly or prep was occurring. Keep lids closed while no active assembly or prep is happening.
