What Was Observed
Observed 3 canisters of Raid stored in the powered off double door low boy cooler under the register station. Observed one cannister of Raid on the side of the shelving unit across the cooks line. Per the operator, they have regular monthly licensed pest control service. Discontinue using Raid or any household pesticides in the facility. Work with a licensed pest control operator for vermin in the facility.

Why This Matters
Dirty wiping cloths spread millions of bacteria across surfaces. Cloths used on raw meat spread Salmonella and E. coli throughout kitchen.
What Was Observed
Observed wiping cloths with no detectable sanitizer solution stored on the prep table tops (ground floor and basement floor).
