What Was Observed
3 door under counter refrigerator opposite oven holding at 43.9 (duck, pepperoni 43.9F). Please adjust thermostat to verify it is holding at or below 41F. Monitor, do not store PHF above 41F, have serviced by licensed professional if it cannot hold at or below 41F. Adjusted by PIC.
