Palihotel San Gets Conditional Pass on Health Inspection

Observed the floor drain under the prep sink overflowing when the prep sink water was run for a few minutes. The floor drain filter was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. The floor drain was unclogged at time of inspection. Clean and sanitize the floor around the prep sink floor drain/filter on a regular basis to prevent sewage backup.
