Routine inspection revealed repeat rodent activity with droppings found behind equipment in front service area, restroom and dry storage. Multiple temperature control violations including oatmeal held at 98°F and lack of sanitizing solution. Equipment issues included prep cooler running warm at 47°F, corrected on site.

What Was Observed
IMMEDIATELY clean and sanitize areas observed to be affected by rodent droppings behind the equipment and metro shelving in the front service area, rest room and dry storage room. Regularly monitor behind the equipment and metro shelving for any rodent activity and clean and sanitize areas as needed. Continue contract with licensed pest control operator to treat for rodents. Seal the observed holes in the wall above the 3 compartment sinks.
