FOOD STORAGE; FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS IDENTIFIED
Improper storage allows pest access and temperature abuse. Food on floor contacts contaminated water during cleaning. Expired foods cause illness.
Observed champagne and other bottles of liquor stored directly beneath a 4" sewer main in the downstairs, far back liquor room. Cease storing foods beneath the sewer main or provide a shield for the sewer line to intercept any potential leaks so that they cannot contaminate food.
