Inspector's Report
A reinspection of Panda Express revealed one small dead cockroach near food prep equipment which was removed on site. Pest control reports showed no ongoing activity. Additional violations included grease buildup on cooking equipment wheels and missing thermometer in walk-in refrigerator, but all imminent health hazards were corrected allowing the facility to reopen.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed one small dead cockroach on the service panel socket next to the metal barrier behind the first food prep refrigerator. COS-Employee removed dead cockroach and continued to clean the area. Pest control reports from EcoLab conducted on 11/15/2025 at 2 AM and 8:30 AM. Both reports indicate that there were no cockroach activity noted.
