Reinspection found two violations remaining from previous inspection. The handwash sink in the bar lacks adequate hot water flow, the women's restroom sink has an inoperable cold water handle, and the men's restroom handwash sink only provides 75°F water instead of required 100-108°F. The food preparation cooler is holding at unsafe 50°F ambient temperature with food at 47°F, well above the required 41°F maximum.

What Was Observed
Observed inadequate hot water flow to the handwash sink in the bar. The hot water does not provide enough flow to enable washing hands at water between 100F and 108F. Increase the flow to provide adequate hot running water under pressure to the sink. Observed an inoperable cold water handle at the left side handwash sink in the women's restroom. Repair the inoperable handle to provide cold running water under pressure. Measured warm water at 75F at the men's restroom handwash sink. Provide warm water of between 100F and 108F at the sink.
