What Was Observed
Measured ambient temperature inside the 1 door reach in cooler at elevated levels between 46-49*F. Per PIC this is a frequent use cooler especially around the rush hours which explains the elevated temperatures. Adjust the thermostat of this unit to ensure all Potentially Hazardous Foods are safely cold held at 41*F and below.
