Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Old/dried mouse feces observed near top of stairs leading to basement area, and under shelving units in dry-goods storage area. Clean and sanitize all areas affected by mouse feces. MONITOR FOR NEW RODENT ACTIVITY AND CONTRACT WITH A PEST MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL TO ELIMINATE RODENTS IF NEW ACTIVITY IS OBSERVED. Contact inspector with any questions.
