Old rodent droppings were found in the basement and below the bar counter, though the establishment maintains regular pest control service. A plumbing violation involving improper air gap on waste water hoses was corrected immediately during inspection. Sanitizer levels and dish machine rinse temperatures were within acceptable ranges.
