Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Immediately obtain a licensed pest control service. Maintain facility free from vermin, rodents, and pests. Observed several rodent droppings in the following locations: - Below the preparation cold holding unit by the window. - Below the oven. - Behind the refrigeration unit. - Below the three compartment sink.
