Inspector found debris buildup on fan covers and keg tubing in walk-in cooler, dirty door gaskets on coolers, knife stored in ice bin, and drain lines extending into floor sink behind bar. Equipment cleaning and plumbing corrections required by December 21st.

Observed several drain lines extending into the floor sink behind the bar. CUT/RAISE drain lines to be at least 1/2" above the floor sink.
