Reinspection found significant progress with five violations from the previous inspection now corrected, including hand sink accessibility, sanitizer concentration, food storage height, cooler temperature control, and wiping cloth storage. Two violations remain outstanding: missing consumer advisory for raw foods on menu and improper air gap in prep sink plumbing requiring contractor repair.

What Was Observed
Observed the prep sink waste pipe with less than a 1" air gap from the top of the floor drain. Per the staff, they will hire a contractor to adjust the waste pipe of the prep sink.
