Routine inspection found evidence of past rodent activity with approximately 5 old droppings behind refrigerator under bar area. Facility hired pest control for regular service every 3 weeks and was instructed to clean, sanitize, and monitor for further activity. Overall operations were compliant with proper water temperature, hand washing facilities, refrigeration, and sanitation standards.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed a few (approximately 5) rodent droppings behind corner of refrigerator under bar. appeared old. Per PIC, facility had a mouse and hired pest control for service every 3 weeks. Please clean and sanitize affected area, monitor for vermin, and continue to work with licensed pest control to ensure facility os free from vermin.
