Inspector's Report
Dead rodent found on adhesive board under water heater with droppings scattered throughout bar areas. Men's restroom sink water failed to reach required 100°F temperature with only slow trickle flow. Additional violations included missing soap and towels at bar handwash sink, mold in refrigerators, and unsecured compressed gas cylinders.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed dead rodent on adhesive board under water heater in rear room with ice machine, observed rodent droppings in corners of bar under shelves, in cabinet drawers. Please deep clean bar, any other areas where rodent droppings are observed, and sanitize affected areas. Please continue to work with licensed pest control to ensure facility is free from vermin.

What Was Observed
Water in men's restroom hand wash sink was a slow trickle which faded over time and failed to reach the required 100F, please provide water at 100F at all hand wash sinks.

What Was Observed
Observed mold like substance inside refrigerators under bar and walk in. Please clean, sanitize and maintian affected areas.
