Rain Tree Cafe Reopens After Health Closure

All violations from the November 5th inspection were corrected at the time of reinspection. Raw shell eggs are now properly refrigerated, prep cooler maintains proper 40°F temperature, and all staff Food Handler Cards are current. Inspector warned that future violations involving raw eggs at room temperature may result in permit suspension.
