Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
One live cockroach observed under ware washing machine. Evidence of pest control in place, observed dead cockroaches on adhesive boards near point of sale, near grease trap in basement, and on top of refrigerator in basement used to store employee personal items. Facility has undergone extensive cleaning and vermin proofing since last inspection. Please clean and sanitize affected areas and continue to work with licensed pest control to eliminate vermin from facility.
