Why This Matters
Household equipment cannot withstand commercial use and harbors bacteria in cracks. Latex gloves cause severe allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
What Was Observed
Observed an accumulation of ice on the walk-in refrigerator located on the left side of the facility closer to the warewash area. Gaskets in good condition. - Defrost regularly, monitor the ice accumulation and have unit serviced as necessary.
