Ice accumulation found on walk-in refrigerator requiring regular defrosting. Rodent droppings discovered in kitchen under freezer and basement area, with entry point gap identified between plywood and drain line requiring sealing.

What Was Observed
Observed rodent droppings on flooring in the kitchen underneath the upright freezer located at the very back corner. Droppings appeared to be old. Observed rodent droppings in the basement area underneath the stair case. A possible entry point was observed in the back of the basement between the plywood and a white drain line.
