Inspector's Report

Reinspection following permit suspension on 10/16/2025 confirmed facility has abated previous violations with pest control service completed on 11/10/2025 showing no signs of vermin activity. Minor operational violations remain including handwashing sink obstruction, lack of sanitizer bucket, cross-contamination of raw eggs over ready-to-eat foods, and equipment cleanliness issues, but all were corrected on-site. Facility approved to reopen with recommendation to install self-closing device on bathroom door.
