Observed the following violations from previous inspection report dated 8/5/2025 have been corrected:
#6 A bottle of hand soap was provided for the hand sink adjacent to the back door of the kitchen. All hand sinks were adequately supplied with hand soap and paper towels.
#14 A 100ppm minimum chlorine sanitizer solution was available for wiping cloths.
#39 No used wiping cloths were observed on counter tops/prep area table tops.
All violations from the previous inspection report have been corrected.
