Inspector found multiple sanitation and food handling violations at Rin's Thai during a routine inspection. All violations were corrected on site, including improper food storage on prep surfaces, blocked handwash sink access, missing sanitizer solution after two hours of operation, and utensils stored in prep sink. No vermin activity was observed and cold holding temperatures were compliant.

Dirty cutting boards and utensils cause 76% of cross-contamination. Biofilms protect bacteria from cleaning. One contaminated surface spreads pathogens to dozens of foods.
Observed lack of sanitation solution and the facility have been preparing and serving food for more than 2 hours. COS - sanitation solution with 100 ppm chlorine provided per instruction of the inspector.
