Observed rodent droppings on the floor in the upstairs storage room around the single door cooler storing packaged sauces and on the right side of the office door (around the shelf). Clutter provides harborage for rodents and cockroaches. Cardboard harbors cockroach eggs. Each egg case contains 30-40 nymphs.
Observed two water bottles and a baseball cap stored on the faucet of the prep sink during food preparation. Discontinue storing personal items on the prep sink faucet or on any food preparation spaces. The items were relocated at time of inspection.

Observed a lack of hand washing during the duration of the routine inspection. Observed an employee discard used gloves and don a new pair without washing hands prior to donning new gloves. Provided the person in charge hand washing stickers in English and Spanish.
