Observed numerous old rodent droppings in the following areas: On floors behind back of house water heater, On floors beneath shelving at back of house dry food storage area, On floors near walk-in cooler mechanical equipment, On floors beneath front of house ice machine. No evidence of contamination for food and food contact surfaces. Corrected on site: Operator instructed employee to clean and sanitized areas as directed.
