Inspection found multiple violations including improper food storage temperatures in deli refrigerator with cooked foods at unsafe temperatures, handwashing sink obstructed with gloves, and structural gaps requiring sealing. Most issues were corrected on-site but refrigerator unit requires repair and reinspection.

Missing handwashing supplies forces employees to skip handwashing. Studies show only 31% of workers wash hands properly when supplies are inadequate. Spreads norovirus to hundreds.
Observed rubber gloves being stored on the splash guards of the deli handwashing sink. DISCONTINUE storing any items on the handwashing sink or splash guards. Corrected onsite.

Temperature abuse causes 63% of foodborne outbreaks. Clostridium perfringens multiplies rapidly between 70-120°F. Listeria grows even at refrigeration temperatures.
Observed two-door Traulson refrigerator unit in deli to have an ambient temperature of 44F. Observed cooked chicken nuggets 45F, cooked meatloaf 46F, cooked chicken pot pie 47F stored overnight at unsafe temperatures. DISCONTINUE using unit until repaired. Employee voluntarily discarded affected foods. Also observed overfilled food inserts in deli.
