What Was Observed
Observed rubber gloves being stored on the splash guards of the deli handwashing sink. DISCONTINUE storing any items on the handwashing sink or splash guards. Corrected onsite.

Observed cooked chicken nuggets 45F, cooked meatloaf 46F, cooked chicken pot pie 47F stored overnight at unsafe temperatures. DISCONTINUE using unit until repaired. Employee voluntarily discarded affected foods. Also observed overfilled food inserts in deli.
