This reinspection resulted in permit reinstatement and reopening after addressing imminent health hazards. Multiple refrigeration units were failing to hold proper temperatures with food stored at unsafe levels. Evidence of rodent activity was found in the basement near the office, under sinks, and in storage areas, along with dead cockroaches on adhesive boards in both kitchen areas.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed some evidence of rodent activity in basement, near office under loading ramp, under 3 basin sink near mixer, in storage closet under stairs. Observed one dead cockroach on adhesive board in ground floor kitchen and one dead cockroach be mixer in basement. Please clean and sanitize affected areas, continue to work with licensed pest control to ensure facility is free from vermin.

What Was Observed
Walk in, 2 door refrigerator not holding temperature. Please repair and maintain this equipment, do not store potentially hazardous food in these refrigerators until they are holding at or below 41f. The following refrigeration was observed to be out of temperature (not holding PHF) prep top at line was holidng at 50F, drink fridge with glass door holding at 50F, glass display cooler holding at 44F, one door (faux wood) refrigeration in downstairs was holding at 46F. Gaskets are damaged in the downstairs refrigerators. Observed missing floor drain cover in restroom, please repair or replace.
