Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Eliminate rodent activity from the facility. Obseved rodent droppings on the floor in the dry storage area and on the floor in the refuse area. Remove droppings and sanitize affected areas. Email pest control service report to: Carlos.barragan@sfdph.org

Observed sanitizer stored in milkshake cup at the milkshake machine, not labeled. Discontinue this use. Observed vermin gel bait applied adajcent to the soda dispenser. Remove.
